About the job
You want to take on leadership, shape quality, and strategically design development? Then you are in the right place with us.
The Bubenberg Foundation supports people with support needs in the areas of housing and activating everyday life design. Our work combines professional structure with a human attitude and is consistently oriented towards self-determination, participation, as well as a holistic view of development, functionality, and health. Our agogic framework concept, which we continuously develop further, forms the basis.
For the professional and strategic further development of our Agogics department, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with conceptual depth and clear management competence.
In this key position, you bear the strategic, professional, and personnel overall responsibility for the Agogics department. You develop our services in a future-oriented manner and ensure a coherent, quality-assured implementation of our agogic framework concept. In particular, you are responsible for the further development of individual assistance planning (IHP/BLG) as a binding management tool for case management and ensure professionally sound goal planning, evaluation, and documentation. You manage institutional case management, take on overarching professional responsibility in complex support situations, and lead interdisciplinary case boards.
As a leader, you accompany and develop team leaders and professional managers clearly, bindingly, and appreciatively. You promote a culture of responsibility, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional development. In addition, you actively participate in quality and process development as well as budget and resource issues. As a member of the extended overall management team, you help shape the strategic overall development of the foundation.
You have completed training at a university of applied sciences or college in social pedagogy, curative education, or a comparable field and have several years of professional and leadership experience in an institutional context. You bring solid experience in conceptual work, quality development, and organizational management and are proficient in handling IHP/BLG and structured assistance planning processes. Strategic thinking, decisiveness, role clarity, and high communication skills characterize you. A basic understanding of business administration is required. A qualification as a practical trainer for social pedagogical professions is an advantage.
We offer you a strategically relevant leadership position with scope for design, clear responsibilities, and direct collaboration with the overall management. You can expect a value-oriented organization with professional ambition, clear structure, and development perspective.
If you want to take responsibility and sustainably further develop professional quality, we look forward to your application.
We look forward to getting to know you. Please send your application documents to personaldienst@stiftung-bubenberg.ch.
