Your Tasks
In this role, you take over the preclinical care of
patients within the framework of primary and secondary transports. You assess situations on site, initiate appropriate measures, and ensure a safe and professional transport to the target hospital. You orient yourself according to the medical, organizational, and operational guidelines of Rettung Aargau West.
You ensure the operational readiness of materials, equipment, and vehicles and contribute to quality assurance, mission documentation, and compliance with applicable standards. If necessary, you take on assignments at events and occasions and support exercises with our partner organizations, especially fire department and police.
Rettung Aargau West has three bases in Aarau, Zofingen, and Lenzburg. Depending on the deployment plan and operational needs, assignments take place at all three locations, enabling a diverse and varied operational area.
Your Profile
- Certified Paramedic HF (with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Driver's license category C1/D1 with code 121/122
- Resilience and confident action in demanding situations
- Good professional knowledge, several years of professional experience advantageous
- Teamwork, flexibility, and good communication skills
- Responsible and reliable working style
- Willingness to work shifts (including night, weekend, and holiday assignments)
