Change Manager / Deputy Project Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100%The district administrations are cantonal authorities that primarily handle the prosecution of all kinds of offenses and supervise the municipalities. At the same time, they deal with legal remedies against municipal decisions.
They work decentrally but are organizationally closely networked and follow common standards and processes on a shared IT infrastructure.
The district administrations are digitizing their case management and replacing paper files.
For the transformation projects, we are looking for you as a Change Manager / Deputy Project Manager (m/f/d), 80-100%. You will accompany the organizational and cultural change, coordinate subprojects, and actively support the employees on this path.

Your main tasks
- Support and introduction of digital transformation projects and new specialist applications
- Standardization and optimization of work processes across districts
- Collaboration and implementation of our change management strategy
- Design and promotion of an open, practical change culture
- Planning and implementation of information and training measures
- Professional support of project teams as well as coaching of key persons
- Deployment as a floorwalker in the districts during the implementation phase
- Independent implementation of small change and digitization projects as well as monitoring of change processes
What you bring
- Professional experience in change management or in digital transformation and automation projects, ideally in public administration.
- A completed degree in business, psychology, organizational development, or a comparable field is an advantage
- Strong communication and moderation skills as well as experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in designing and conducting training sessions and workshops
- Good understanding of organizational development and process optimization
- Very good user knowledge in the MS365 environment
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Affinity for digital, paperless working methods
- High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in creating modern internal documentation and learning formats (e.g., wikis, how-to guides, video tutorials, knowledge bases).
