Our nursery is one of 9 training departments, carries out maintenance work and small garden changes for private customers, and maintains the company garden facilities.

To expand our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Landscape Gardener / Vocational Trainer 80% - 100%

• Professional execution of maintenance work and small gardening projects for private customers
• Customer care and advice, offers, organization and coordination of the work
• Training and instruction of apprentices
• Support of apprentices in developing skills they need for external work assignments, further training, and future employment
• Maintenance of our premises and maintenance of machines and equipment

• Basic training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ is a minimum requirement
• Professional certificate gardener and experience in horticulture as well as customer care
• High quality standards, reliability, and independent working style
• Vocational trainer certificate and pedagogical training are an advantage (otherwise interest in corresponding further training is present)
• Driver's license category B
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
