The dreischiibe foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen, and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental disabilities at 220 work, training, and integration places. In the day center and meeting center, we promote social integration with over 60 visitor places.
Further training in work agogics requires, depending on the training provider, practical experience in work agogics. With an internship, you gain an exciting insight into our demanding professional field and can create the prerequisite for your further training.
Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a pre-intern (m/f) in the janitorial services area 5egg in Flawil for 6 months

Your tasks
- Assistance in the agogic support of employees in janitorial services 5egg
- Assistance in planning and organizing ongoing janitorial work
- Administrative tasks
- Collaboration with the specialist team
Your profile
- Completed school and vocational training, preferably specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or janitor with federal diploma or professional experience in a similar field
- Minimum age 23 years
- Motivation and enjoyment in working with people with mental disabilities
- Independent working style, sense of responsibility, and humor
- Communicative, open, and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
- Good IT user skills (Word, Excel)
