• You shape the development of our investment solutions and IT applications in the investment area in close collaboration with the business field management, the departments in investment, aity AG, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• You take responsibility for the product and process management of our investment products.
• You initiate and lead cross-functional and cross-departmental projects, create technical requirements and business cases, and accompany the implementation of new initiatives.

• Several years of experience in product and project management with a focus on investment products. Experience in the migration/development of IT applications is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a deep understanding of the challenges and trends in the investment area, and the ability to drive ideas independently.
• Proven experience in conceptual work, networked thinking, and a confident approach with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of agile working methods is an advantage.
• An empathetic and inspiring personality with strong communication and motivational skills, as well as a touch of pioneering spirit.
