The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, painting works, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our location in Aarberg with about 140 employees, we are looking for a
Operating Electrician / Electromechanic 100% (m/f/d)
We are looking for electricians and installers or individuals who have a qualification comparable to the EFZ in the field of operating electricity and possess an installation permit according to Art. 13 NIV. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the harsh industrial environment of an SME and can quickly identify and resolve faults in industrial systems. You are a team player, and your working style is characterized by systematic, goal-oriented action as well as efficiency. Additionally, you are flexible and willing to work outside normal hours as part of a temporary on-call duty. You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and hold a category B driver's license. Further skills and interests in the field of electromechanics, plant engineering, or programming of PLC controls are highly welcome.
What to expect from us:
- Repairs, service, and maintenance work on our production facilities, such as conveyor systems, crane systems, hydraulic devices, compressors, etc.
- Assistance and electrical equipment for new constructions or renovations of devices, equipment, and aids of all kinds
- Building and general electrical maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations
- Assistance or independent construction of smaller, partially or fully automated devices and aids for production
- Occasional on-call duty
