Tasks
As a pilot, you represent SWISS. Together with the entire crew, you bring our guests safely and punctually to their destination and bear responsibility for the aircraft, the crew, the passengers, and the cargo on board. Other tasks include:
- Operating SWISS aircraft in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring punctuality, economy, and a high quality standard for our guests
- Flight preparation and execution according to SWISS guidelines
- Collaboration with crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
- Support and deputize the commander in all matters
- Continuously and independently maintaining and deepening professional knowledge
- Responsible and sustainable actions
- Operating as an integral, mature, loyal personality with social skills and leadership potential

Requirements
The following criteria must be met to work as a pilot at SWISS:
- Completed education with Matura/Abitur or HF diploma or general (technical) university entrance qualification
- ATPL(A) / CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory / MPL license (EASA Part-FCL)
- MCC document
- Medical Class 1
- At least 600h MPA (MTOM >5.7)
- Gapless documented flying performance record (logbook extract, license, etc.)
- Swiss citizenship or EU-27/EFTA passport
- Very good German language skills (at least level B2 must be proven if German is not mother tongue/daily language) and good conversational skills in English (at least ICAO level 4)
- Impeccable character
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
- Height: 160-198cm
- Max. age: 56 years based on collective labor agreement
- Advanced UPRT training according to EASA.FCL.745 (please attach the document)
