We are looking for a personality as
Property Manager 40-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You manage a portfolio of residential properties, condominium ownership, and rental units
- You are the direct contact person for condominium owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen, and caretakers
- You conduct residential viewings, property inspections, and handovers
- You prepare incoming repair orders
- You open new rental contracts as well as mutations in our system
- You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements
Your profile
- You have a technical or commercial basic education with further training in real estate management FA
- You bring experience in managing condominium ownership
- With your pragmatic thinking, you independently find solutions
- You are proficient in confident German, both spoken and written
- You are used to working independently and see yourself as a team player
- You are familiar with common Office applications
- You hold a category B driving license
