Your Tasks
- Supporting the team leader in managing the various areas of the central emergency department
- Initiating and implementing ward-related and cross-departmental projects
- Motivating staff leadership and cooperative collaboration with all professional groups
- Supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of employees
- Trustful and supportive cooperation with the team of nursing management
- Ensuring nursing care and the well-being of our patients
- Ensuring nursing planning and organization as well as nursing documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines and internal standards
- Advising and instructing our patients, their relatives, trainees, and employees
- Strong quality-oriented actions in line with medical and nursing requirements
Your Profile
- Completed, recognized 3-year vocational training as a nursing specialist
- Further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- Completed further training in emergency nursing
- Independent, patient-oriented, and responsible working style
- Team-oriented thinking and acting with all wards, departments, and professional groups
- Organizational talent and decisiveness
- Empathy and sensitivity
