Operations Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You lead and further develop our front team and ensure high customer satisfaction
• You actively participate in the lunch service and support meeting preparations and catering
• You are responsible for cash handling, monthly closings, and invoice control
• You order non-food items, beverages, and kiosk items, process catering orders, and perform other administrative tasks
• You are the first point of contact for malfunctions of coffee machines and water dispensers
• You develop our gastronomy together with the head chef and the head of staff catering

Profile & Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in gastronomy (EFZ) and initial leadership experience
• Hotel management school diploma, G2 or equivalent further education
• Experience in community catering and strong service orientation
• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Strong enjoyment of customer contact and high quality standards
• Reliable, resilient, and solution-oriented working style
