About the job
Your Tasks
We are looking for you as a health specialist or certified nursing specialist. Caring for people with dementia is an enriching challenge and at the same time a fulfilling task for you. Within your area of expertise, you plan and organize the daily life of our residents and ensure holistic and individualized care as well as professional support. You also ensure correct electronic nursing documentation and apply the RAI system according to nursing standards. As an important contact person, you support our residents and their relatives. You take responsibility for planning and carrying out the daily care and support processes. Furthermore, administering prescribed medications as well as other medical and administrative tasks are among your main duties.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in long-term care
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Communication skills
