Job summary

Die Stiftung Alters-Pflegeheim Riedacker in Heimberg bietet professionelle Pflege.

Tasks

Reinigung der Zimmer und Abteilungseinrichtungen nach Hygienerichtlinien.
Umsetzen der Aufgaben in der Lingerie für eine ordentliche Umgebung.
Gewährleisten der hohen Qualitätsstandards in der Hauswirtschaft.

Skills

Erfahrung in Hauswirtschaft oder Ausbildung EBA/EFZ von Vorteil.
Eigenständiges Arbeiten und Teamorientierung sind wichtig.
Einfühlungsvermögen für die Bedürfnisse älterer Menschen ist erforderlich.

About the job

The Riedacker Foundation Retirement and Nursing Home is located in Heimberg directly by the beautiful Buechwald with a view of a wonderful mountain panorama.
In two residential buildings, around 75 elderly and care-dependent people receive professional and attentive care and support with a delightful tasting offered in a cozy living environment.
To complement our team, we are looking for someone starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement;
You bring:
• Experience in housekeeping (cleaning/lingerie) or EBA/EFZ training is an advantage.
• You appreciate independent work
• Team-oriented, resilient, and trustworthy personality
• Empathy, interest, and understanding for the needs of care-dependent elderly people
• Very good dialect skills
Your tasks:
• Cleaning of room and department facilities according to specified hygiene guidelines
• Carrying out tasks in the lingerie department
• Ensuring quality standards in housekeeping
• Ensuring cleanliness and preservation of furniture and equipment
• Economical and ecological use of devices and work materials
