Your Tasks
- Independent writing of medical reports based on digital dictations, macro-, autopsy-, molecular pathology-, consultation-, frozen section- and biopsy reports.
- Organization and dispatch of samples and reports.
- Preparation of tumor boards, maintaining master data, telephone inquiries to senders, authorities, and patients.
- General administrative tasks to support the medical team.
Your Profile
- As a winning, friendly, and cheerful personality, you have completed vocational training as well as further training as a medical secretary.
- You already bring professional experience in hospital or healthcare and sound knowledge of medical terminology.
- Through your independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working, you take responsibility and contribute to smooth cooperation.
- Even in demanding situations, you keep an overview and convince with flexibility, resilience, and discretion.
- With your confident expression in German and very good PC skills (MS Office), you are well prepared to competently support our team.
