We pamper our guests at Paradeplatz in the traditional café-restaurant opened in 1859 on the first floor, in the modern café-bar on the ground floor, as well as in the café & lounge at Zurich Airport.
For our gastronomy operation at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a committed personality as
- Passionate host role & active participation in daily business
- Contact person for feedback and wishes of our guests
- Operational shift management of the respective department
- Administrative and operational tasks with own area of responsibility
- Compliance with and promotion of defined quality and hygiene standards
- Monitoring of operational processes according to the specified standards
- You lead your shift and ensure smooth operations
- Training, promotion, and motivation of employees
- Ensuring the flow of information
- Role model function
- Passionate host role
- Certified restaurant specialist EFZ
- Proven first leadership experience in a similar position
- You speak fluent German and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- You skillfully use the MS Office suite
- Flexibility regarding working hours (shift assignments between 6:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. in a 7-day operation)
