Due to the retirement of the previous position holder, we are looking for a reliable and responsible person for the municipality of Triesen. In this role, you are responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle, which requires broad and several years of experience in human resources. Ideally, this experience is in a public administration environment. You enjoy working with people and know how to motivate and inspire them. In collaboration, you convince us with your service-oriented, innovative, and integral personality. You act in a structured, reliable, and pragmatic manner.
• Support and advice on personnel and organizational issues
• Strategic personnel planning and development
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Coordination of employee evaluations, training measures, and salary rounds
• Management of payroll accounting including reports to social insurance and authorities
• Preparation of personnel matters for the municipal council and commissions, as well as ensuring the implementation of their decisions
• Optimization and digitization of HR processes
• Initiation and management of projects
• Ensuring up-to-date documents (organizational chart, staffing plan, job descriptions, etc.)
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and statistics
• Commercial basic training with further education in human resources (e.g., HR specialist certificate) or business administration studies
• Experience in payroll accounting
• Several years of generalist HR experience, ideally in the public sector
• Sound knowledge of Liechtenstein labor law
• Experience in project management
• Very good IT skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
