Responsibilities:

• Organize, clean and maintain work premises and kitchen equipment
• Store all cleaned items in the appropriate area
• Wash kitchen equipment ensuring compliance with all hygiene procedures and standards established by the school
• Ensure that all kitchen access and circulation areas are clear and clean
• Use cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements
• Ensure proper management and transport of waste

Profile and experience:

• Minimum 6 months in a similar position
• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Flexibility with working hours
• Team player, dynamic, rigorous, efficient, versatile
• Sense of cleanliness and initiative
• Fluent French, English is a plus
• Driver's license
