Event & Sponsoring Manager 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

• Organization and coordination: Identification of suitable topics as well as acquisition of speakers in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders (EVU, canton and partner organizations)
• General secretarial tasks including registration, budget control and application management for the canton of AG

• Management of the website and other channels (newsletter, LinkedIn)
• Controlling and reporting for stakeholders

• First point of contact for sponsoring activities internally and externally
• Planning, coordination and further development of sponsoring according to corporate strategy
• Maintenance of partnerships and relationship management with sponsoring partners
• Ensuring coherent communication in collaboration with PR/communication

• Completed training as a commercial clerk or similar
• Experience in sponsoring, event and/or communication
• Very good M365 user skills
• High customer and service orientation
• High quality and sense of responsibility with a structured way of working
