• You develop creative ideas and content for our social media channels and implement them independently
• You plan, create, and publish social media content for channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• You work closely with the social media lead and the production team and integrate creation as a fixed component in content development
• You support the conception and implementation of creative formats, campaigns, and storylines
• You analyze the performance of social media content and derive optimizations for future content and support the production team as needed with photo, video, or graphic productions

• You have training or further education in social media, communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in operational social media management and content creation
• You think creatively, conceptually, and have a good sense for trends, storytelling, and target groups
• You have solid practical experience in content production and a pronounced quality awareness for visually convincing implementations
• You work independently, structured, and enjoy working in a team
