As a Scrum Master, you take on a central role in the successful implementation of demanding customer projects in the public sector. You promote agile values and principles, methodically support development teams, and help them work efficiently and self-organized.

With your strong, consulting-oriented mindset, you act as an interface between the team, product owner, and other stakeholders. You understand the needs of our customers, speak their language, and ensure transparent, goal-oriented collaboration. At the same time, you initiate continuous improvements in processes, collaboration, and agile practices.

Job Description

• Professional support, coaching, and assistance of agile development teams (Scrum teams)
• Ensuring the correct application of Scrum and promoting an agile mindset within the team and the entire environment
• Moderation and organization of all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Removing impediments and actively supporting the team in continuous improvement
• Close collaboration with product owners, release train engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Coaching product owners and teams in handling backlogs, prioritization, and value delivery
• Application and promotion of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in scaled agile environments
• Support in PI plannings, ART events, and collaboration across multiple teams
• Promoting transparency, personal responsibility, and continuous learning
• Ensuring compliance with agreed quality, process, and governance requirements
• Active participation in shaping and further developing the agile organization at the customer

Qualifications

• Completed education in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification (HF, FH, university, or equivalent)
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
• Solid knowledge of Scrum and practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Ideally SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist)
• Experience working with multiple teams and in scaled agile setups
• Strong moderation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and consulting skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Technical understanding of software development processes is an advantage
• High social competence, team player with a pronounced servant-leadership mindset
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English at a good level
• Residence in Switzerland
