Accountant with Payroll Function 100%

Your main tasks include:

• Preparation of annual financial statements and quarterly closings
• Support with invoicing
• Management of payroll accounting and asset accounting
• Processing and support in budget preparation
• Participation in meetings and discussions
• Support during audits by various control bodies
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Carrying out general administrative tasks
• Monitoring compliance with the GAV regulations in the field of security services

For this role you bring:

• A completed commercial education with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or comparable further training
• Knowledge in accounting, administration, and human resources
• Very good knowledge of the ERP software Abacus (payroll accounting, accounts payable / receivable, personnel and order management)
• At least three to four years of professional experience in accounting
• Solid knowledge in IT applications (Office 365)
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Italian skills and French are an advantage
• Ideal age between 30 and 50 years
• An entrepreneurial personality with a strong flair for numbers
• A very precise, reliable, and efficient working style
• Reliability, resilience, strong communication skills, discretion, and loyalty
