Chief Physician Gynecology

We are looking for you from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement as

• You monitor the treatment processes, ensure a high-quality, economical and appropriate patient care, and cooperate closely with other departments and specialist units
• You are responsible for the training, further education and continuing education within the specialist area and promote the development of your team
• You conduct clinical research and support innovations in all areas of gynecology
• You ensure the economic achievement of the specialist area and actively participate in the strategic orientation
• You act both as a project leader and as a project member in various initiatives and projects

• You have a completed medical degree as well as the specialist title in gynecology and obstetrics with a focus on operative gynecology and urogynecology (habilitation desired)
• You bring several years of experience in a leadership position within gynecology and have extensive clinical knowledge in all procedures, especially in minimally invasive surgery
• Strategic thinking and acting are among your strengths, complemented by pronounced analytical and organizational skills. You enjoy designing workflows and optimizing processes efficiently
• You have excellent communication skills as well as high social, leadership and management competence
• You like to work in a dynamic work environment and are a resilient and flexible personality. As a team player and motivating leader, you work effectively with employees as well as with other departments and executives

• If interested, we offer you a perspective with the option to apply as head of the department for gynecology and thus become a member of the management of the Cantonal Hospital of Graubünden
