Have you recently completed your bachelor's or master's degree or are you about to graduate? Are you looking for a unique opportunity to dive into the professional world in the field of Sell-Side Research (Focus: Financial and Sustainability Analysis) and fill your backpack with practical experience? Then discover your chance now – we are looking for you as a motivated trainee Focus Sell-Side Research.

You will work in a team of more than 30 highly qualified specialists in one of the most important research departments in Switzerland. The team covers over 140 Swiss public companies and 40 real estate funds nationwide, and around 180 domestic debtors are rated with a ZKB credit rating.

We invest heavily in the development of our approximately 400 young talents and look forward to a talented and high-performing personality for our trainee program Focus Sell-Side Research. The assignments during the 18-month program are designed to be versatile and individual with a focus on financial analysis, company valuation, and sustainability research. • Conducting primary analyses of domestic public companies or debtors as well as comprehensive analyses in the area of sustainability at the company and sector level
• Analyzing various aspects (such as companies, industries, and trends) in the field of sustainability
• Providing company valuations and credit analyses
• Assisting with IPOs, capital increases, bond placements, and the preparation of investment recommendations
• Organizing and participating in management meetings of publicly listed companies
• Supporting employees in daily business and continuously taking on more responsibility within the trainee program

• Successfully completed bachelor's and/or master's degree in economics (university/FH) or in a scientific or technical field with a strong flair for financial markets
• Very good German and English skills
• Enjoyment and fun in teamwork
• Above-average resilience and persistence
• Excellent analytical skills and a proven flair for numbers
• Your structured approach and high willingness to learn and perform have ideally already been demonstrated in practice
