Your tasks
As an experienced logistics professional, you take responsibility for the entire supply chain management of our customers' samples in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You ensure smooth operations, optimize processes, and efficiently deploy courier logistics – with the goal of sustainably increasing customer satisfaction and business results.
- Management of the transport and logistics service in German-speaking Switzerland
- Leadership and development of teams including resource planning
- Direct reporting to the Head of Logistics Switzerland
- Coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Introduction and training of new processes
- Participation in projects for process optimization and efficiency improvement
What you bring
- Completed training as a logistician with additional qualifications in transport, trade, or business administration
- Several years of experience in logistics/transport, ideally in the medical field
- Strong customer orientation and project management know-how
- High IT affinity, confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
- Very good language skills in German, French, and English
- Communicative personality with initiative and leadership qualities
