Professional and personnel management of a team of 8–10 employees
Planning, organization, and further development of a residential group
Support of five users according to the principle of good living and promotion of participation
Collaboration in the management team of Residential Home Windspiel and active shaping of further development

Your Profile

Completed studies in social work or curative education (B.A. / Diploma)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working with adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities
Teamwork skills, resource-oriented working style, and resilience
Leadership experience as well as a completed team leader course or willingness to further education accordingly
Willingness to work day shifts and a flexible work share
