Tasks

It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and supports in the primary labor market. The foundation employs over 1000 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

- You are responsible, together with a collegial and motivated team, for the care of 32 people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
- You take care of the needs of the residents and monitor their devices and premises.
- In emergency situations, you additionally support our external residential group.
You bring with you
- You like independent and flexible work.
- You are mentally and physically resilient.
- Ideally, you have completed an SRK nursing assistant course and have experience working with people with support needs.
