As Head of Intensive Care, you are responsible for the personnel, professional, and organizational matters of your management area. Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 care places and 4 telemetry places.

- You lead around 48 motivated employees professionally and personally, promote talents, and ensure optimal nursing quality
- You are responsible for training and further education, budget and resource management, and actively drive digitalization (development and implementation of the PDMS project 2026)
- You design processes, initiate improvements, and lead projects in the nursing or interprofessional environment
- You participate in daily business where your expertise counts
- You strengthen a positive team culture and successfully accompany change processes
You
- have completed training as an Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or an equivalent SGI recognition and at least two years of professional experience in intensive care in Switzerland
- have leadership experience at the group management, deputy, or management level and have completed leadership training or are currently undergoing it
- are an innovative leader with high social competence, think strategically, and implement projects purposefully
- consider interprofessionality and interdisciplinarity as a matter of course
- have pronounced leadership and communication skills
