• You lead the operational and strategic development of the Ticino market region, coordinating three general agencies and a consolidated network of main agencies
• You are responsible for commercial results in the Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance sectors, actively contributing to the sustainable growth of the region
• As an experienced leader and coach, you support entrepreneurial general agents in achieving their goals, promoting a culture of success and collaboration
• You act as a point of reference between Ticino and German-speaking Switzerland, bringing innovation to the region and enhancing the best local practices at the national level
• You handle strategic topics such as leadership and digitalization (Omni-Channel Management), working closely with the central functions in Winterthur
• You plan and implement initiatives aimed at stimulating sales and strengthening market presence
• You work closely with various internal teams, actively contributing to cross-functional projects within distribution and other departments
• You are inspired by market needs and customer expectations, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and products, always value-oriented

• You have a degree in business administration or an equivalent background, and bring solid experience in the insurance sector, enriched by a deep and broad knowledge of sales (experience as a general agent is an advantage)
• You demonstrate inspiring leadership, with energy, vision, and the ability to engage and motivate people through your style and behavior
• You focus on the development and success of your team, adapting your leadership style flexibly and contextually
• You communicate effectively and confidently, both in Italian (native) and German (C1 level), moving easily between different cultures and contexts
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Ticino market, are well rooted in the region, and represent AXA with authority and credibility
• You possess strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills, and know how to translate complex situations into pragmatic and result-oriented solutions
• You identify opportunities with foresight, develop innovative approaches, and implement new strategies with determination and enthusiasm
