icebreaker is looking for an exceptional Global Copywriter to join our Global Marketing Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk About the Role
As a Global Copywriter, you will be the voice of icebreaker, shaping its tone and messaging across all creative and marketing communications.
You will work closely with the global marketing team (brand and creative) to bring global brand and product campaigns to life. Additionally, you will collaborate with key departments—including merchandising, design, and sales—to ensure a consistent brand tone of voice across all touchpoints.
How You Will Make a Difference

Craft a unified brand voice by ensuring consistent messaging across all markets and channels.

Create compelling copy for global brand and product campaigns.

Develop copy platforms to bring brand storytelling to life across multiple channels (e-commerce, newsletters, retail, wholesale, and social media).

Work closely with legal and sustainability teams to ensure compliance with regulations and accurate claims.

Support the product team by writing product descriptions, innovation highlights, and product names.

Adapt content for regional audiences, tailoring messaging to resonate with diverse cultural markets.

Optimize copy for SEO, improving website and paid ad performance.
Skills for Success
You should be an exceptional marketing copywriter, capable of transforming brand and product stories into engaging marketing campaigns.

5+ years of experience, ideally in the outdoor, fashion, or sustainability-driven industry.

Outstanding English writing skills with a strong understanding of various marketing channels.

Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Team player with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Native-level English proficiency is required. A University bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or a related field is a plus, but we are most interested in your experience and professional achievements.
