Our nursing professionals are the immediate contacts during the stay of our approximately 96,000 patients per year. They are responsible for professional and individual care. The focus of care is always the well-being and regaining of independence of our patients. Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 care (/bed) and 4 telemetry places.

- in supporting the Head of Intensive Care in leadership tasks and taking over representation in their absence
- in various organizational and administrative tasks
- in active participation in projects and supporting the Head of Intensive Care in project implementation
- in direct patient care in all shifts
You
- have completed further training as a certified expert in intensive care nursing NDS HF
- have at least 1 year of professional experience
- may already have experience as a group leader
- are willing to complete leadership training
- are an organizational and coordination talent
- are communicative, capable of handling conflicts, and have negotiation skills
- can make decisions, justify them, and implement them
