Junior Controller / Accountant (50%) (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Reporting & Analysis: Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as ad-hoc analyses
- Project controlling: Participation in project controlling, especially in project analyses, plan adjustments, and the preparation of financial reports for funding institutions
- Monitoring: Monitoring of cost centers, conducting variance analyses, and tracking relevant KPIs
- Operational accounting activities: Rebookings, processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as monitoring of dunning processes, etc.
- Process optimization: Participation in the further development of controlling tools and the optimization of internal processes
Your profile:
- Education: Successfully completed studies (university/FH) with a focus on finance or controlling
- Experience: Initial professional experience or relevant internships in controlling or accounting are an advantage
- IT skills: Very good Excel skills (especially pivot tables and complex formulas); SAP knowledge (especially CO/FI module) is a big plus
- Personal skills: Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking, high willingness to learn, as well as a structured and independent working style. You convince with good communication skills and customer orientation. Good English skills are required.
