Polymechanic – Service Technician
Tasks
- Commissioning of CNC and machine tools at the customer
- Conducting training for users (hardware and software)
- Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on site
- Installation of software updates and system adjustments
- Technical support by phone or remote access
- Travel activity within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Requirements
- Basic technical training as a polymechanic
- Knowledge of electronics is an advantage
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Good language skills in English or Italian, ideally French
- Flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
