Customer Relationship Management
• Manages the installation environment during assembly activities
• Manages communication with the customer on site during daily assembly and logistics measures
Project Management
• Responsible for the safe, high-quality, and timely installation of equipment according to KONE installation procedures during the assembly process
• Responsible for reporting installation progress to the installation manager.
• Ensures that bottlenecks or damages are reported and replacement parts are ordered as early as possible
• Ensures that installation tools are in a safe and flawless condition
• Guarantees the safety of delivered equipment through proper storage and use on site
• Communicates with the construction company to prevent interruptions to installation work
• Is familiar with the A.M. manual and knows updates of the field service notification letters
• Responsible for a safe working environment within the scope of installation activities including storage areas
Delivery
• Responsible for receipt, inspection, and storage of materials
• Performs installation according to established procedures and schedule
• Submits time tracking documents, quality feedback forms as well as warranty claims for materials
• Contributes to continuous product improvement through feedback to the Supply Line
Leadership / Personnel Management
• May be assigned by the team leader to provide training/coaching for apprentices and assistants.
