The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Around 200 employees throughout the foundation are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
Our internal kitchen offers healthy, seasonal, and varied nutrition for our clientele and our employees. Additionally, the kitchen participates in internal and external events.
We are looking for a
Cook EFZ, 80-100%
What to expect
- Implementation of the entire catering process
- Implementation of various nutritional and diet forms
- Provision of special requests for client-related events and daily activities
- Participation in the entire catering of various internal events such as the Oberwald Festival, family information sessions, birthdays, aperitifs, and meetings
- Participation in the organization of various external events such as different buffets, gala dinners, and catering deliveries
- Purchases and orders within the framework of the catering process
Your profile
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ, preferably with additional training as a diet cook
- Enjoy working with people with disabilities
- Several years of professional experience
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours
