Electrician - Project Manager

• Management and coordination of projects – You take responsibility for the planning, execution, and handling of electrical installations in various projects (residential, commercial, and industrial buildings).
• Project management – You create and monitor project plans, coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure everything is completed on time and within budget.
• Leadership and guidance of teams – You lead a team of electricians, provide technical instructions, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and successfully.
• Technical advice and customer support – You assist our customers with advice and support, ensuring their wishes and requirements are professionally considered throughout the entire project.
• Quality assurance and documentation – You regularly check the quality of the work, document progress, and take care of proper final documentation.
• Installation and commissioning of systems – In addition to project management, you also actively participate in the installation of electrotechnical systems, whether in power and lighting installations or more complex automation solutions.
• Integration of sustainable solutions – You plan and install innovative systems such as solar systems, emergency power solutions, e-mobility stations, and storage systems.
• Close collaboration – You work hand in hand with other departments (sales, purchasing, construction management) to ensure the best possible implementation of projects.

• You have completed training as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ).
• You can look back on several years of experience in electrical installation, ideally also in project management.
• Additional training in project management or similar fields is an advantage.
• You have solid knowledge in planning and implementing electrical installations, especially in building automation, telecommunications, and control technology.
• You already have experience in leading teams and direct customer communication.
• You are well organized, solution-oriented, and like to take responsibility.
• You work independently, have a high level of decision-making enthusiasm, and always show commitment.
• A category B driving license is a matter of course for you.
