Your Scope for Design
- In close collaboration with the recruiting partners, you create job advertisements and publish them on the appropriate platforms
- You maintain our applicant management system and ensure that processes run smoothly
- You carefully review applications and prepare the information in the candidate profiles
- You plan and coordinate interviews proactively, reliably, and with the necessary attention to detail
- If needed, you independently accompany and conduct interviews
- In coordination with the recruiting partner, you support the line during the kickoff and the setup of the social media campaign and take over the pre-selection
- Furthermore, you actively contribute to exciting projects at the Urdorf and Ostermundigen locations and help shape the further development of our recruiting
Your Strengths
- You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification as well as experience in HR recruiting or in a coordinating function
- You are proficient in MS Office; ideally, you are also familiar with applicant management systems such as Abacus and SAP SuccessFactors
- You work independently, think ahead, and want to actively shape and improve processes
- Even when things need to move quickly, you keep an overview and remain structured
- You handle sensitive data with discretion and care
- Willingness to travel to BKWGT locations is present
- Your very good German skills in spoken and written form enable professional communication at all levels. French skills are desirable and advantageous.
