This is you:

• You contribute to the conception and implementation of the strategy process.
• You support the further development and implementation of the Strategy Execution Process including the necessary Change Management.
• You advise and accompany executives in the development of functional, regional, and product-related strategies as well as in the implementation of strategic priorities and initiatives.
• You answer strategic questions using relevant methods and models.
• You prepare reports, analyses, and presentations as a basis for management decisions.

This is what you bring:

• Completed studies in economics or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on strategy
• Professional experience in a consulting firm or in the strategy department of an international company
• Confident knowledge of strategic methods and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
