Gardener – Foreman Construction Manager/Project Manager
Activities
- Technical and operational leadership of the foremen
- Deputy of the managing director
- Contact with architects, builders, and private customers
- Support in acquisition as well as offer preparation
- Project planning, AVOR, billing, post-calculation
- Cost-conscious inventory management
- Implementation of quality objectives according to QMS
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ
- Further training as a construction manager, horticultural technician TS
- Further training as a master gardener
- Practical experience in the role is an advantage
- Leadership experience with work groups
- Team player, resilient, and communicative
- Experience with CAD-Vectorworks and Abacus
- Confident German (spoken and written)
- Driver's license category B
