The Road District Inspectorate St.Gallen is responsible for the structural and operational maintenance of 140 km of cantonal roads.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

Administrative Employee (m/f/d)

for the Martinsbrugg depot, St.Gallen, starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: St.Gallen

What to expect

Support in all administrative and organizational tasks as well as creditor and debtor processing
Project assistance in internal projects for the further development of the Road Inspectorate
Collaboration in the preparation of reports, evaluations, and statistics
Support in cost controlling and post-calculations
Independent handling of internal and external correspondence as well as minute-taking
Supervision and processing of personnel time recording as well as correspondence with companies, private individuals, and offices

What distinguishes you

Completed commercial training, preferably with experience in the technical field
Independent, precise work, quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and organizational skills
Good MS-365 user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confident German language skills
High social competence, teamwork, flexibility, reliability, discretion
Resilient and integral personality
