These are your tasks
- Develop and further develop product groups and procurement strategies for electrical services, materials, and systems
- Prepare multi-year procurement plans and convert them into tendering and awarding strategies
- Support demand carriers in complex procurement projects under public procurement law (IVöB)
- Establish and manage a structured supplier management including performance evaluation, risk assessment, and development measures
- Conduct market analyses and derive strategic procurement decisions
- Ensure supply security, cost stability, and quality along the supply chain
- Ensure transparency and compliance throughout the entire procurement process including systems and capital goods
What distinguishes you
- Commercial or technical basic training, ideally related to the electrical sector, with further education in purchasing or business administration (HF/FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably with responsibility for technical or infrastructural product groups
- Very good knowledge of public procurement law (IVöB) as well as demanding awarding processes
- Good market understanding of services, materials, and supplier structures
- Experience in project management with high methodological competence
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style with negotiation skills and assertiveness
