For the Central Strategic Purchasing department at the headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are allowed to create a new position. Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and highly committed personality:
YOUR TASKS
- Global strategic purchasing of indirect categories including collaboration with the respective departments (e.g., services, IT, marketing, facility management, HR services, travel management, consulting)
- Development and implementation of global purchasing and category strategies
- Tenders, negotiations, and contract management
- Analysis of expenses, markets, and supplier performance
- Supplier management including KPIs/SLAs
- Ensuring compliance & process optimization
- Participation in digitization and transformation projects
- Preparation of decision-making bases for management
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in strategic, indirect purchasing, ideally in an international environment
- Confident handling of negotiations, contract management, and supplier management
- Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and strategic thinking ability
- Strong communication and consulting skills in dealing with international stakeholders
- Confident use of SAP R/3, eProcurement tools, and MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- High initiative, result orientation, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel
