Become part of our in-house Assurance FS Banking Technical Office team consisting of experienced auditors and banking and securities specialists. We work at the interface between regulators, current developments, and our audit teams, supporting them with technical questions as well as the quality and compliance of audits.

Your Impact
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments in the banking sector in close exchange with specialists and, if necessary, the supervisory authority.
- Take responsibility for projects implementing regulatory changes into our audit processes and train our audit practice accordingly.
- Advise our audit teams on complex issues in the area of supervisory law and accounting in the banking sector.
- Contribute to quality assurance of audits in the banking sector and promote the efficiency of audit processes in our audit practice.
- Take project responsibility for the further development of our team, develop innovative solutions for process optimizations and new services.
- Continuously expand your technical know-how on regulatory topics in the banking sector and develop your soft skills through targeted training.
Your Skill Set
- Several years of current experience at financial institutions, e.g., as an auditor, in internal audit, or in regulatory relations.
- Swiss diploma as an auditor or close to completion, or equivalent training in internal audit.
- Team player with a proactive, responsible, and flexible working style with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and on time.
- Strong skills in data analysis, evaluation, and presentation creation.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
