Deputy Department Head - Day Clinic

• You are responsible for the personnel and organizational management of the day clinic and actively participate in direct care alongside leadership duties
• You are accustomed to maintaining an overview in demanding, complex situations and responding individually
• As part of an experienced and highly committed nursing team, you can expect an exciting mix of tasks between organization/planning and interdisciplinary care
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and strive for smooth processes in collaboration
• You organize and coordinate the oncological, medical, and surgical consultation hours. This also includes nephrological patients and administering chemotherapy to oncological patients
• You are responsible for the guidance and support of students and trainees

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH with several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of leadership topics and interprofessional collaboration
• You have situation-appropriate, differentiated, and understandable communication skills
• You are open to change processes
• Further training in oncology or professional experience in oncology/cytostatic therapy is an advantage
• You are known as a committed, resilient, and flexible personality who offers a high level of quality and service understanding and can think and act in a networked way
• A high level of team understanding, polite manners, and the ability to respond appropriately to the most diverse people and concerns are prerequisites
