Engineering Employee 80-100% (m/f/d)

In this role, you plan and design FTTH projects and ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of your projects.

Your tasks

• You plan and design customer projects with a focus on FTTH.

• You act as a link between acquisition, construction management, and authorities, ensuring the best possible flow of information.

• You ensure that the production targets in your area are met.

• From project start to completion, you take responsibility for quality assurance.

• You fully meet the expectations and requirements of our customers.

• You always communicate openly and professionally, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of projects.

What we expect

• You bring a positive and proactive attitude ("Can-Do" mentality).

• You have very good knowledge of the existing telecommunications infrastructure in Switzerland.

• You are very familiar with the Swisscom environment and its specific tools such as PTA-AM/DA, Clima, NetCracker, ISLK, ITSM, etc.

• In addition, you have broad knowledge of various fiber optic technologies; you are also familiar with the copper world.

• Commitment, reliability, independence, and a solution-oriented working style are among your strengths.

• You work in a structured manner, are responsible, and appreciate open communication within the team.

• You have confident German language skills. French and/or English is an advantage.
