Your tasks

• Planning and Project lead of production lines of newly developed products including ramp-up
• Management of Capex-projects
• Moderation of P-FMEA in an interdisciplinary team
• Planning of measures to ensure a high-quality rate (APQP)
• Analysis and optimization of production processes in regard of efficiency, quality and cost
• Development of production and assembly processes as part of the product development process
• Design and procurement of equipment and assembly tools
• Planning and realization of Automation projects
• Conducting time studies, capacity analyses, and profitability calculations
• Working closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and R&D

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technologies or similar
• Further education in Project Management (IPMA/ GPM/ CAPM) desired
• Experience in interdisciplinary and international collaboration
• Professional experience in industrial manufacturing or process optimization is an advantage, particularly in micro-mechanics
• Knowledge in lean-management, 6Sigma, MTM or similar methods
• Analytical thinking skills and structured approach to work
• Very good communication skills and team-player mentality
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and PDM systems
