Legal support of our business activities as a distribution network operator and electricity supplier in Switzerland
Handling legal issues, especially regarding energy law, industry regulations, and contract law
Drafting contracts and conducting negotiations
Participation in licensing procedures as well as in judicial and extrajudicial disputes
Legal advice and support for other departments, working in interdisciplinary teams

This is what you bring

Several years of professional experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm
Law degree from a Swiss university, Swiss bar admission is an advantage
Good understanding and interest in technical matters
Very good German skills, good knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
Team-oriented and independent personality
Strong communication skills and high resilience
