Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a craft or technical vocational training
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a similar environment
- You are enthusiastic about production and technology and work reliably, independently, and responsibly
- Safety is your top priority and you are motivated to pitch in in a dynamic environment
- You enjoy thinking along, recognizing optimization potentials, and approaching tasks in a structured way
- You have basic IT skills and are open to further digital development
Your field of activity:
- You ensure a smooth and efficient production process together with the team in a 1-2 shift model (Monday to Friday 05:00–14:00 & 13:30–22:30)
- Receiving material deliveries including careful inspection is part of your responsibilities
- You operate our production plant safely and responsibly and skillfully handle equipment such as sorting excavators, wheel loaders, and forklifts
- You actively contribute your technical understanding during maintenance work around the plant as well as during revision work
- Flexible thinking is required. You step in where support is needed and help to continuously improve processes
- Reliability and a good overview characterize you; even with changing requirements, you remain calm and focused
