As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also on land we spoil our customers in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events for up to 5000 guests with culinary delights. Our land-based operations include the Hotel & Restaurant STERN Lucerne, the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, the Tisch+Bar shopping restaurant, the Ampersand grill restaurant, and the cafeteria of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Social Work. In addition, we are the exclusive gastro partner of the Regional Ice Center and the Lucerne Fair.

Here is what you will do

Reception, care, advice, collection, and farewell of guests
Beverage, à la carte and banquet service
Operating the cash register with the Vectron cash register system including creating the operator's settlement
Preparing the mise en place at your own station

You speak fluent German
You speak English advantageously
You are motivated, upbeat, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
