About the job

In order to strengthen our Care team at the Pré du Chêne Residence in Venthône, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for

CRS Pool Health Assistants

Your main tasks:

• you supervise and assist residents with daily living activities
• you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
• you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of the residents
• you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team

Your profile:

• you have completed training as a Red Cross health assistant or an equivalent qualification
• you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar facility
• you have a clear interest in elderly people
• you have a great capacity to adapt and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
• you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
