What you bring
- Completed training as a childcare specialist or an equivalent, recognized qualification
- Completed vocational trainer course (mandatory)
- Tertiary education in the educational field, e.g., HF Childhood Education (mandatory)
- Solid experience as well as joy and enthusiasm for educational work with children
- Strong leadership skills and team ability
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with children and adults
